ZDF shows previously unreleased scene from TV series. In one episode Derrick and Harry come out as gay.

Between 1974 and 1998 the Second German Television (with ORF and SF) produced, the crime series "Derrick". In 281 episodes we got to know Stephan Derrick (Horst Tappert) as serious Chief Inspector that hardly ever showed emotions. At his side was always his assistant, the young Inspector Harry Klein (Fritz Wepper).

Now, 12 years after the last production the Chief Inspector can finally show his feelings. "We love each other, and we want to stay together forever," said Derrick to Harry's astonished mother and made it clear at the same time that he and Harry want to get married:
