Texts where gay people are being devalued are unfortunately not uncommon. "Gay" as an insult, such as are "gay rapper" or the representation of women as sex objects, particularly in hip hop are quite common. Can musicians only be creative by devaluing other people? Is that it what makes it attractive to the audience? With respect to the ambassador competition, young people can show that there is another way.
The second respect Ambassador Competition will start on 23 February 2011 and ends with a live contest in the fall of 2011. The best song contributions qualify for this event. There, the participants will perform their song live on stage.
The contest winner, determined by both the audience and a jury will have an opportunity to a great band video shoot.
