"Straight" guy gets 20 years for brutally murdering gay man!

A court in Nimes (France), convicted a 24-year-old to 20 years in prison for murdering a gay man. Although the defendant asserted, not even to be gay and was raped by the victim to be, the court did not believe him, because the perpetrators had long been a profile on a relevant Internet platform.

The 24-year-old Aziz B., of the later victims Jackie G. had met in January 2009 on the Internet, defended himself at trial before the criminal court in the southern French city of Nimes with the meantime, unfortunately, 'usual standard of justification': he himself would not be gay assessed. Therefore, he later had victims at a meeting in his apartment, where a sleeping pill and a drink in him after he was asleep, raped. When Aziz as it would be reawakened, he had taken a knife and stabbed 13 times in self-defense of Jackie G.. He then fled with the computer of the murdered man, was captured shortly after the crime. The judge gave no credence to that claim, however, especially since it was shown that Aziz example, even before he met his future victims had often been among the nickname 'aziz30900'on the relevant website and was searching for men. Above all, the coolness with which the perpetrators had acted, aroused in the process received much attention: "It was not just a murder, there were 13 murders - a real massacre, " said example, the prosecutor, referring to the total of 13 knife wounds. B. Aziz was therefore sentenced by the court to 20 years in prison, at least two thirds of which he must serve out also.
