Sedition against the LBGT community is still not against the law..at least for now. The Constitutional Court has rejected a proposal that has included a corresponding expansion of the Criminal Code. The reports the newspaper "Die Presse" in its current edition.
Currently, the so called "Sedition paragraph" protects members of a race, religion or country of law: Who incited against them, must allow up to two years in prison.
