Sexual Identity as part of the Constitution?

Lesbians and gay men, bisexuals and transgender people but also in Germany before arriving there, where they like to fight for their rights gladly. Still not a same-sex partnerships in all areas of traditional hetero marriage are equal. But a mention in the constitution would make the switch to a lesbian, gay, bisexual (r) and transgender law to gain more recognition.

Article 3 The action is aimed precisely at this mention. Together with the LSVD we try to attract supporters from all sectors of society, working for an extension of equality article in the constitution. The fact that no one should be disadvantaged because of his sexual identity, the LSVD has written in his campaign to the flags. Supported by numerous prominent advocates and public institutions, and associations of the Lesbian and Gay Federation in Germany has been able to collect thousands of signatures were delivered today at the Federal Ministry of Justice.
"50,000 signatures for the addition to Article 3 of the Basic to the characteristic of sexual identity were today presented to the BMJ, as well as an extensive list of associations, trade unions and other civil society organizations that support our mission." Said Axel Hochrein, spokesman for the LSVD.

Even a dedicated Web site GAYS.DE has been collecting video messages for over a year of you who are advocating for a supplement. The approval and support from the community and many individual supporters shows that the call has arrived in the middle of society.
