It's a fact that there can be disputes between bicyclist and car drivers. Judice, it was now in Meissen, where a 51-year-old gay cyclist was injured by a 24-year-old painter homophobic after conviction of the court and threatened. The latter now costs 260 Euro fine.

The dispute had broken out in July 2010 between a 51-year-old homosexual and a 24-year-old painter and decorator in the Saxon town of Meissen, as reported by the Saxon newspaper. At that time, to the insulted gays passed by with his bike on the car of the unemployed painter and this may have been homophobic. Words like 'fag' and 'gay pig' be like this, claims the homosexuals. In addition, the painter him at an intersection and had threatened with beatings. Two weeks after the first incident then it should be killed in a further meeting of the two counterparties to similar abuse. The painter however, denied him the insults and reproached the threat of violence from decided. The biking homosexuals had coerced him of reckless driving to sharp braking, after which he would have him 'warned more caution' merely. When entering an authority believed the painter, however, and provided a punishment of 20 days rates of 20 €, 400 € in total, therefore,. Against the death penalty brought the painter opposition flashed, but now again from the district magistrate. He saw no reasonable doubt that the two incidents had so happened, as it reported a 51-year-old plaintiff. Only in relation to the amount of penalty, the court was talking to himself: This was - probably with a view to the current unemployment of the accused - to 20 daily rates of € 13 each, totaling to 260 €, reduced. This, however, are still the costs and the defense.
