The campaign is themed "Stop homophobia" and is against homophobia in the workplace. It was presented at the Potsdamer Platz from the work Senator Carol Bluhm, Chief Executive Officer of Wall AG and the Managing Director of the Lesbian and Gay Association of Berlin-Brandenburg (LSVD).

The campaign is supported by over 30 companies and organizations, Berlin and significant support from Wall AG, which is in all of Berlin more than 1,000 billboards in the City Light format for the awareness campaign. The initiative was founded in September 2009, when there are 24 social organizations, institutions and companies have joined forces to send a clear message against homophobia, discrimination and violence. The signatories agreed that homophobia should not be accepted passively, since it is a general social problem and an attack on the fundamental values of our society. Homophobia is so combat duty of the whole society and the parties want to achieve with this alliance that the constitutional reality of gay life in Berlin is also the reality. With the freedom of the individual and the right to sexual self-determination in a democratic society should be no concessions made.
