After 148.000+ signatures, Apple removes homophobic App!!
We reported here last Friday, again a homophobic group has tried to advertise against homosexuality through the iTunes App store. Exodus International, a group of (supposedly) former gays and lesbians said that homosexuality is not inborn and can therefore be cured.
In the course of our reporting, we also reported on a petition, which demanded the immediate removal of the Apple apps from the iTunes Store. 19,500 people had signed last Friday, already about 130,000 have been added within four days. Yesterday, Apple has responded and then removed the app from the store. An official statement from Apple is not done to date to do so.

RIP Elizabeth Taylor
One of the last film divas of Hollywood's dead Dame Elizabeth Taylor has died at the age of 79 years from the effects of heart disease. She appeared in over fifty films. For their achievements on camera she got two Oscars. Taylor received an honorary Oscar for her humanitarian achievements.
Taylor suffered from heart problems since 2004. In 2009 she was operated on for a leaky heart valve. New HIV Prevention Campaign in France!

Lithuania wants to prohibit physicians from performing sex change operations.

Nur gegen "in ordentlicher Partnerschaft lebende Schwule, die den Rest der Welt nicht mit ihrer sexuellen Ausrichtung belästigen", hätte er nichts einzuwenden. Der Rest der Schwulen wären jedoch "männliche Huren und Bubenschänder".
"Wir haben nichts gegen Schwule und Lesben" ist offenbar längst schon 'die Standardentschuldigungsformel für Homophobie' geworden. Demnach schreibt auch Emil Grabherr, Präsident der Schweizerischen Volkspartei Luzern, diese sieben Worte in seinem Artikel über Gender-Mainstreaming in Schweizer Kindergärten. Gender-Mainstreaming (Gleichstellungspolitik) sei seiner Meinung nach "perverser Sexualunterricht", denn "die Kinder sollen lernen, dass Schwule und Lesben, Heteros und Pädophile ihre sexuelle Ausrichtung unter dem Titel der gegenseitigen Achtung und der Vielfalt in der Einheit ausleben dürfen und sollen." Wer jetzt bereits über die Einfügung des Wortes 'Pädophile' irritiert ist, der wird wohl durch das Weiterlesen des Artikels regelrecht geschockt.

Am vereinbarten Treffpunkt in einem Zürcher Parkhaus wartete jedoch bereits die Polizei. In der Wohnung des Verurteilten wurden dann im Rahmen einer Haussuchung kinderpornografisches Material und Tierpornografie gefunden. Zu 12 Monate Haft wurde hingegen, ebenfalls gestern in Zürich, ein 34-jähriger Mann aus Näfels verurteilt. Er hatte über mehrere Monate sexuelle Gespräche mit einer angeblich 14-jährigen Schülerin geführt hatte. Auch hier wartete am zum Sexdate vereinbarten Treffpunkt bereits die Polizei. In beiden Fällen hatte es sich nämlich nicht tatsächlich um minderjährige Mädchen, sondern um verdeckte Ermittler der Kriminalpolizei gehandelt. LSVD's successful protest against VIVA
